Bug#699065: qtractor: Don't build with --enable-debug

Package: qtractor
Severity: normal
Hi!
We're currently building with --enable-debug. Stripping away debug
symbols is only half of the story, since there is additional code that's
conditionally enabled for debug builds (the typical #ifdef approach).
falktx (kxstudio project lead) highly recommends to disable it.
I could simply drop the command line switch, unless we want a dedicated
debug build (requires building the package twice, as we do with ardour).
Cheers
