Bug#715467: libav-tools: JSON/INI output (-of option)

Dear Maintainer,

I found out that the version 0.8.7 of avprobe doesn't include support for 
JSON/INI output methods. I've started digging the code of 9.x branch and
found that it's easy to backport that feature to 0.8.7 branch.

I made a patch for that feature backport. Please look at the patch and apply
it if it's ok. If not -- let me know what's wrong and i will fix it and 
re-post.
