Please retry vlc on mips and s390x

Hi,

I'm not making much sense out of the recent build failures of vlc on
mips (the build did work just fine on mipsel) and s390x (the build did
work just fine on s390).

I presume that these failures are transient. Can someone comment on
those failures and what can be done about them?
