All these build dependencies are dubious

libglib2.0-0 (not a -dev package!)
libsvga1-dev
libx11-xcb-dev
libxt-dev

libproxy-dev should be dropped in 2.1

libmpeg2-4-dev is largelly superseded by libavcodec-dev and probably useless.
