New software proposal: Polyphone

Dear maintainers,

I am the author of the software Polyphone, which edit soundfonts (as
Swami), but with a more convenient interface and several useful
functions.

I already made packages for Debian (available on both sites) and
adapted them so that only few warnings appear with Lintian.

The problem is that I'm using dpkg-deb and I absolutly cannot get that
damn file .changes, mandatory to upload the packages and enter the
system to find a sponsor. It's been several hours I've tried
dpkg-buildpackage with the help of the mentors, with no success.

Could you please have a look at my project and tell me what I could do?
