I see that, it looks like you forgot to add the instructions to build
the manpage from the .sgml file though.
Furthermore, the 'cp debian/din.1 debian/checkdotdin.1' line in
override_dh_installman doesn't look clean to me, why provide two
copies of the same file?
Please try to work it out by using dh_link.
