Yes, well, they replaced their (first) liba52 patch by a different one.

So, how to handle this? (My C knowledge is not so good that I can see
the solution).
- I have no clue if their changes are reasonable and could be (asked
for) inclusion in liba52
- Reverse the functionality used by handbrake, but that would mean we
have to carry (and keep updating) that patch basically forever.
