Review of "Ready to upload list" of our PET instance

Hi,

I've noticed that on http://pet.debian.net/pkg-multimedia/pet.cgi,
there are currently 16 packages in the "Ready to upload" category.

man2dvd:
 - Package not ready for upload
 - Missing 2nd person in uploaders
 - updated upload target

bdsup2sub++
 - Package not ready for upload
 - boilerplate debian/README.Debian
 - updated upload target

cadence:
 - Missing 2nd person in uploaders
 - I'm a bit unsure if the package 'cadence-unity-support' makes sense in debian
 - updated upload target
 - Missing 2nd person in uploaders

fst:
 - not touched since 2011
 - Missing 2nd person in uploaders
 - updated upload target

hydrogen-drumkits
 - not touched since 2011
 - Missing 2nd person in uploaders
 - updated upload target

It's getting late today, I'll continue the reviews at a later time.
