Bug#707905: mjpeg missing shared lib for capturing video

theres a missing important library in package, libavrec shared libm
without it recording tools cant be..

the library was libavrec, and must be separated as another package
such libavplay, or libavfile...

Important Notes:

considering that multimedia software are not popular in linux
environments and due notable inexperience in multimedia related
software:
1) u must consider added "--list-missing " to dh_install throught
overriding that objetive target in rules file... this due newer
debhelper 7+ level non considering that changes
2) u must considering that some multimedia software are focused for/on
very newer devices o very older devices, mjpegtools are a special
software for recording from  devices that are currently not supoorted
on newer kernels, such like Zoran capturing devices that capture
throught jpeg framebuffer grab and Matrox g200/g400 that are very
outdated but still supported in kernel..

the matrox devices are very famous for excelent performance on
capturing video.. that people wich was had one.. like me..
