Dear Maintainer,

I have VLC configured to run in single instance mode and when one instance of
VLC is open and I try to play a file from nautilus by selecting "Open with VLC
media player" from the right-click menu, it doesn't play the file at all. The
same thing works fine if VLC is not open and it opens a new instance. Opening
the new file from the VLC menu works fine as well.
