pd-iemlib: request for review/sponsoring

hi fellow packagers,

in the recent discussion about "pd-iemambi" it was correctly noted that
this binary package "recommends" to install a non-existing package
"pd-iemlib".
i had wanted to do the packaging for this for years, but had never found
time yet, so i decided to do it now.

i've pushed everything to alioth (thank to the powers that be for
resurrecting it):

  git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-multimedia/pd-iemlib

the packaging uses dh-9.
the sourcepackage produces a single binary package of the same name.
the package appears to be lintian clean (well, there is one [W]arning,
but that's because lintian does not support standards 3.9.5 yet)
the package cleanly builds in a pbuilder environment.
it also builds on kfreebsd/amd64.

it would be great if someone could review the package.

if everything fulfills your expectations, it would also be great if the
package could be uploaded.

since i'm now a DM, i would highly appreciate it, if someone could grant
me upload priviliges after the initial upload.

my gpg-fingerprint is 7405E745574809734800156DB65019C47F7A36F8.

unfortunately it is not yet in debian-keyring, so whowever wants to help
me here has to *force* dcut into using the fingerprint. (see the below
log from a discussion about this on #debian-newmaint).

16:31 < enrico> so, as a first try, just use the full fingerprint
(without spaces), right?
16:31 < paultag> yessir
16:31 < paultag> and --force if the keyring is out of date
16:32 < enrico> _hc: ^
16:32 < paultag> which it very well likely is
16:32 < zmoelnig> full ID should be good enough.
16:32 < zmoelnig> _hc: fingerprint 7405E745574809734800156DB65019C47F7A36F8
16:32 < daemonkeeper> enrico: Correct. dcut dm looks up whatever you
supply as argument in the the local keyring to retain the full ID. If
it's not there or you have no local keyring, you can just give the full
keyid + --force to take the argument literally as is.
16:33 < daemonkeeper> (using at your own risk of course, then)
16:33 < paultag> indeed
16:33 < paultag> dcut break-the-archive
16:33 < zmoelnig> so since my key is not yet in the keyring package,
'--force' is needed?
16:33 < _hc> I have the latest debian-keyring, but its before zmoelnig
was added as DM
16:33 < daemonkeeper> Yes.
16:33 < paultag> _hc: ok, not uncommon
16:34 < daemonkeeper> --force --uid <full key id here> works around
that, _hc.
16:34 < paultag> _hc: for the time being, use the fingerprint (without
spaces) and --force
16:34 * daemonkeeper will make this (more) explicit in the man page

arno has updated the manpages for dcut-ng_1.7 accordingly after that.
