Package: gpac
Version: 0.5.0+svn4288~dfsg1-4
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable
Dear Maintainer,
MP4Client is unable to create its configuration file:
GPAC config file .gpacrc not found in /home/robert - creating new file
[Core] default modules not found
Cannot create config file .gpacrc in /home/robert directory
Error: Configuration File not found
Running MP4Client with strace shows it looks in the following locations for its
modules:
/usr/lib/gpac
/usr/local/lib/gpac
/opt/lib/gpac
/opt/local/lib/gpac
/usr/bin
/usr/bin/modules
/home/robert/.gpacrc/.gpac/modules
and so can't find the modules installed to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gpac
Thanks
Robert
