avw.lv2 FTBFS on architectures that still have gcc-4.6 as default
compiler (ia64, powerpc, s390x, sparc):
| cc1plus: error: unrecognized command line option '-std=c++11'

This can be fixed by explicitely dependening on g++-4.8 and setting CXX
accordingly.
