Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation?
     Using Ctrl+1 for "1:1 Original" as in mplayer. And Ctrl+2 for "1:2 Half".
   * What was the outcome of this action?
     VLC seems to manipulate and navigate within the playlist. Unclear
by which method.
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
     Resizing of the video according to the above mentioned hotkey functions.
