Please binNMU phonon-backend-vlc against the new libvlccore7

Mea culpa, I obviously had a moment and missed that only libvlccore had 
changed SONAME (can I blame jetlag?).

However, it's not just phonon-backend-vlc - goldencheetah depends on 
both libvlc and libvlccore.
