The Eq plugin was renamed to Eq10 apparently (see #721355), so whatever it is
that uses that plugin should be updated to use the new name. If you are using
the libasound2-plugin-equal package, it will migrate to testing in a couple of
days with the fix.

It would have been nice if the caps package had a Debian.NEWS entry about this
(at the very least) though, along with all the other renames.
