Ardour3 in debian

Hi Paul,

we ( debian multimedia maintainers team) work to get Ardour3 uploaded to
debian.
There are some doubts about interpretation of license in
tools/session_exchange.py file.

Please can you clarify this license to us so we can go on and upload?
