Bug#724315: ardour3 ships without L10n files

ardour3 is internationalized and the source contains localizations in many
languages (see in gtk2_ardour/po/*.po).
On the other hand, the debian package contains not a single *.mo file
and this
way the ardour3 GUI always shows up in English.
Please change the packaging so that the translations are shipped with the
package.
