easytag-2.2.0-1 ready for review/upload

I ran the package through sbuild and it looks like the docbook-xml
package is also needed for the man page. I added this to the repository.

I also committed the pristine-tar data for 2.2.0 (which allows you to
extract the upstream tarball exactly from the repository). When you
import a new version from upstream, you can run
"gbp import-orig <path to .tar.xz file>" which will automate all of this
for you.

Everything else looks fine to me.
