Since you are maintainer of both packages involved and the transition
isn't larger, feel free to skip the standard procedure.

If the reverse dependency simply needs a "no-change" rebuild, just file
a binNMU bug for it when the file comes.  Else you will need to ensure
the reverse dependency is rebuilt against the new version yourself (e.g.
by adding versioned build-depends to ensure libshairport is built before
the reverse dependency).
