Bug#771924: fdk-aac chopped patch causes powerpc build failure

Strange, the files in question should already be part of the upstream
checkout. They were added on May 24, whereas the GIT snapshot packaged
in Debian is from Aug 16. Anyway, the issue should be fixed as soon as
the new upstream version 0.1.4 gets packaged.
