Bug#763279: same problem here

Hello Multimedia Maintainers & Guiseppe,

I'm seeing the same problem as Guiseppe here. When playing the german 
version of the DVD "Up" (in German "Oben"), I get the same error as 
Giuseppe:

libdvdnav: Suspected RCE Region Protection!!!
[mpeg2video @ 0x7fe67c0a06e0] releasing zombie picture
[mpeg2video @ 0x7fe67c0a06e0] releasing zombie picture
vlc: src/searching.c:566: dvdnav_get_position: Zusicherung »(signed)*pos != -1« nicht erfüllt.

And then vlc dies.

Other notable things that I see on the command line while the DVD is 
playing:

"00007fe67c0ac4a8] dvdnav demux error: This is probably an Arccos
  Protected DVD. This could take time..."
