Dear Maintainer,
Current  libav debian build script don't detect raspberry pi CPU properly
and detect CPU with ARM NEON future

Raspbian maintainer patch it with simply comment line with NEON 
But I think you can do it much better and raspbian distro will be able to use your build packages as it is
