The fact is, mpv relies on libav/ffmpeg for the http streaming handling while
mplayer2 implements its own parser.

So, mpv does support reading of ICY metadata, but it only works with a recent
enough version of ffmpeg, and AFAICT it doesn't work at all with libav.

So, I'm reassigning this to libav.

(I don't know what's the libav policy for merging stuff from ffmpeg, but the
ffmpeg commit that added support for this seems to be [0], which incidentally
was done by mpv's upstream author).
