Heh, we have been waiting for you for years! ;)

No, seriously, of course there are other alternatives for MP4 muxing,
e.g. libavformat, atomicparsley or gpac. However, from a quick glance at
our repository, it seems that something has happened upstream with
regard to this. At least, we obviously do not need to explicitely patch
that code out anymore. Maybe Reinhard can shed some light on this?
