I have re-enabled ladspa in the install process, I forgot to re-enable
this before.

This new framework needs special lv2 extensions lv2-ext-ui and
lv2-programs which are not part of the official lv2 spec. The existing
headers have also been tweaked a bit for these plugins.
Therefore, it isn't possible to build zam-plugins with the system-wide
debian lv2-dev headers.
I have re-tagged the 3.1 release to include the changes so please git pull.
