Dear Maintainer,
The package opencore-amr fails to build from source on ppc64el.
Adding the usage of dh-autoreconf to the build fixes that and the
packages builds successfully.
Attached is a patch with that modification, following this
guide (https://wiki.debian.org/Autoreconf).
