x264 10 bit

Both versions are already installed in the current package:
$ dpkg -L libx264-142 | grep so
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libx264.so.142
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/x264-10bit/libx264.so.142

In order to use the 10-bit variant, you'll currently have to do some
LD_PRELOAD magic. But I don't see how that would change by installing
the 10-bit library into a separate package without having this in
Conflicts with the regular one.
