ffmpeg / libav support was disabled because audacity wasn't compatible
with libav 9 at the time of the libav 0.8 -> 9 transition. The situation
has not improved in 2.0.5. Until this issue is fixed upstream, I'm
afraid that for the time being it isn't possible to turn it back on.
