It depends. It is enough in that you can certainly update other team
packages. But the Uploaders field is where we document who usually
takes care of the package. So if you intend to do more work in the
future on this package, you should probably add yourself there. If you
were just doing housekeeping, then it is not necessary. I was
confirming which of the two it is.

The makefile has a distclean target besides the clean target. It is as
simple as calling make distclean instead of make clean.
