XBMC PVR addons package informal RFH

Hi,

I have uploaded an improved version of the package distributed by
upstream for Ubuntu [1] throug a PPA.
It is now in NEW and the packaging repo [2] is available under collab-maint.

I would like to move the package to under team-maintenance in next upload.
Can I make this change or there is some procedure before someone starts
packaging something in the name of the team?

I would also need some testers for the package. I don't own any TV-card
thus I could not test the packages. If you use any of the PVR technologies
supported by the package I would be very happy to hear about results of
giving the XBMC addon a try.

I would also like to move xbmc under team-maintenance in the future.
It seems to be in a fairly good shape now.
