Time to orphan libquicktime?

Hi Loic,

I notice that we both are listed as co-maintainers of the libqucktime
package. However, while working on #739325, I noticed that
libquicktime exposes a lot of very delicate and intimate knobs of
libavcodec, many of which have been removed by now. This tells me that
maintaining libquicktime needs quite a bit of knowledge of both the
libquicktime as well as the libav codebase.

Give that there hasn't been any upstream activity in years, I presume
that libquicktime is rather dead upstream, which is very unfortunate.
Maybe we should phase it out of Debian, but I'm not sure about it. I
do know for sure that I certainly don't have the time, energy and
resources to care for it anymore, and I there wonder if you would
agree to orphan this package for now?

Please let me know your thoughts on this.
