CDBS and *FLAGS (ardour: Please migrate from slv2 to lilv)

Yes, I believe I can help.  Just bogged down currently - am travelling
so processing the pending pile slower than normally. :-/

One of the pending tasks is an update to CDBS with at least one fix
related to *FLAGS handling.

I shall do my best to reach that one soon...


I suggest to release _without_ that hardening for now - fix that in a 
later packaging release.
