THE  NEED

Finance  Management is catalyst  to the success  of an  organization. The
management  techniques and  the skill  to apply the same  can help in
growing of the organization by  leaps and bounds. Govt  of India  have
therefore framed rules for finance management  and the same have been
compiled in the form of a book called G.F.R.  (General Financial  Rules )
which was substantially modified in 2005 .Autonomous organization  can
follow  these rules or  make their  own rules on the pattern of G.F.R.
Training program will help  in having  clear concept  of the management
techniques and the rules on the subject, and to become aware of the pitfalls
and also how to avoid the same  The program is useful not only for base
level  officers but  also for all the  officers  concerned  with  Finance
Management. The program is also  useful for others  not directly connected
with  Finance Management  as they  can  plan  their  programs properly  on
the  basis of the finance Management requirements. Program coverage is as

PROGRAMME  DURATION  &  SCHEDULE

It   will be a Three days  Technical workshop  From 23rd May, 2014 to 25th
May, 2014 and will be  conducted from  10  A.M.  to  5 P.M daily. There will
be 12 sessions, four sessions each day.  Each session will be of 75  Minutes
duration .

METHODOLOGY

Lectures, Reinforcement Exercises , Discussions, Quizzes   in Hindi 

                The  workshop will utilize  all these methods with the help
of  specialialists in each subject. Conceptual  and  theoretical inputs
through lectures will be supplemented  with case studies, exercises  and
group discussion so as to  have full  involvement of each participant in the
program.

PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT

In  addition to the in- house faculty  from NCTSR, resource personnel of
eminence are invited to chair sessions in their area of specialization .
They are mostly of the rank of Joint  Secretaries.

          The workshop will be held at “Hotel Janpath,   Jan path Road,
Connaught Place, Delhi – 110001,   India

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

         Admission  will be made on first come first served basis only.
Intimation regarding admission of the nominee to the program will be
communicated as soon as possible after  the receipt of nomination .

NOMINATION

         Each nomination , Residential/Non- Residential, should be
accompanied by a Demand Draft of the required  amount drawn in  favor  of
‘’National Council for Training & Social Research ‘’ payable at New Delhi
and should be sent in advance along with the name & designations of the
nominees . Payment for  Defence Employees will be received after completion
of the course  and submission  of our Pre-receipted Bills . Cheques of
Outstation units will not be  accepted .Nomination once accepted cannot be
withdrawn, but substitution of nominees can be Permitted.

REPORTING  TIME

The participants are to report for Registration at 9:30 A.M. at the venue
Hotel ‘’ The Janapath’’, New Delhi

Non- Residential :  Rs.12,500/-Per Candidate.

Residential: Rs.23,600/- Per candidate on  Twin Sharing Basis . The other
nominee of the same gender should be from  the same organization otherwise
he/she would be charged on single Occupancy.

Single Occupancy: Rs.29,600/-Per candidate  opting for residential
accommodation are requested to go directly and stay in A/C rooms at “Hotel
Ivory Palace, 14A/27,W.E.A, Channa Market, Near Karol Bagh Metro Station,
Karol Bagh, New Delhi -1100005.

Transport, :-The candidates have to make their own arrangements. The venue
of workshop viz Hotel  “The Janpath ” is 3km from New Delhi Railway Station
. Metro Train is available  from Karol  Bagh Metro Station to Rajiv Chowk
Metro Station & back for your comfortable journey. “Hotel Janpath,   Jan
path Road, Connaught Place, Delhi – 110001,   India  is at a walking
distance from Rajiv Chowk Metro station.

At the very  out –set it is clarified that the accommodation  arrangement
made by NTSR in the ‘Hotel Ivory Palace’’ is only to assist the participants
regarding their stay and is absolutely optional. Participants are free to
stay at any other place of their choice and convenience.

Certification

The participants will be awarded certificates on completion of the course
without any absenteeism on 3rdday at the end of the course.
