thank you for your suggested update to the wording of the package
description. However, most recently, this sentence has become
pragmatically wrong: Nowadays handbrake supports AAC encoding via
libavcodec and MP4 (and MPV) muxing via libavformat.

I think it is safe to entirely remove that paragraph from the package
description.
