Bug#398842: more information needed

Icecast doesn’t write to the files that are in /usr/share, it simply reads them then 
replaces per request the right values. That is, the files are xslt templates that 
are used by the server process to render output dynamically.

I’ve cross checked this with another icecast2 developer on IRC.
