Bug#764133: librtmp-dev misses dependency on libgnutls-dev and zlib1g-dev

Hi,

librtmp-dev should have a dependency on libgnutls-dev and zlib1g-dev
according to the pkg-config file:
[...]
Requires.private: gnutls,hogweed,nettle
Libs: -L${libdir} -lrtmp -lz -lgmp
[...]

Without this packages build-depending on librtmp-dev will fail to link
unless they also (indirectly) build-depend on the other packages
already.
