iirc, i have packaged and prepared a flumotion-0.10.1 upgrade a (longer) while ago, but it ftbs even in my machine.
The problem is not twisted (which was easy enough to fix), but gstreamer-1.0 which is explicitely not supported upstream, resp. ffmpeg for which there are only gst-0.10 packages.
