Here is answer for upstream:

 We still need embedded lv2 headers because it's not just an API, falktx
has also made modifications that complement the plugin framework and
make it easier to write the plugins.

However I have removed the dependency on embedded ladspa.h header.
Now the package builds with ladspa-sdk from the distro (I even deleted
the embedded one from the source tree).
