Hi,

Currently  icecast2 FTBFS on GNU/Hurd due to usage of PATH_MAX, which is
not defined. It did build previously, latest Hurd version is 2.3.3-2. The
attached patch defines PATH_MAX to 4096 in the unix part if not defined.
