minor issues with Calf

Hi Krzysztof,

I am a Debian Developer, and involved in maintaining Calf packaging 
officially for Debian.

I noticed a few minor issues when inspecting the packaging today, which 
you might want to correct:

  * LGPL 2.1 and newer is called *Library* GPL (not *Lesser* GPL).
  * Seems you co-author is "Thor Harald Johansen" (not "Johanssen")
  * What is preferred form of contact for Calf? Your personal email?
  * Is it "Calf Studio Gear" or "Calf Studiogear" (both are used)?

Also, please consider doing more frequent (pre)releases, and tag them in 
git.  I am fully aware that formally releasing your code does not 
magically improve its quality, but it does help those eager to grab your 
not yet ideal code to identify which was grabbed.
