You've commented out the deb-multimedia-repos, but you've
still installed dmo-packages, exspecially all the ffmpeg-stuff, vlc
depends on. The debian-vlc is linked against libav, the dmo-vlc
against ffmpeg, the library-packages have the same names, but "dmo" in
the version-number. Have a look:
apt-show-versions | grep dmo
and replace all dmo-packges possible with the debian ones.
