Bug#762492: libav-tools: Audio/video encoding produces an audio encoding error with openshot/kdenlive

Dear Maintainer,

My last video project was about 7 weeks ago. Sometime between then and now, I lost the ability to export audio. I have tried a handful of different encoding combinations with 
both openshot and kdenlive. Running openshot --debug and doing an export gives me this:
