What do you mean by "upstream bug report?  The only upstream bug
report I have registered in this context is one in the file package,

I found the MIME types using 'grep ogg /etc/mime.types', and did not
look any further.  I had a look now, and video/ogg is in the official
MIME registry maintained by IATA,
