[mpg123-users] mpg123 version 1.22.4, re-enabling free format support

This regression bugs me so much that I prepared a little script to fix
it for any affected version you may have on your system with some
reason preventing you from simply upgrading. So, here it is:

	http://mpg123.org/download/mpg123-fix-freeformat-1.14.1-to-1.22.3.sh

for future reference, also attached.

I hope operating system distribution maintainers will pick this up to
avoid having folks locked in suboptimal mpg123 functionality for whole
distribution release cycles.
