Bug#796227: mpv package indirectly recommends mplayer2

Control: reassign -1 youtube-dl
Control: retitle -1 youtube-dl: pulls in obsolete package mplayer2

Hi there,

since mplayer2 is going to get removed from Debian (#794817), this
should get fixed by youtube-dl, not mpv. Furthermore, I think a
Suggests relation would be enough, if at all, since videos downloaded
with youtube-dl can be played back with any video player (e.g. vlc,
totem or mplayer) and it might be expected that at least one of them is
installed on a system running youtube-dl.
