Bug#797498: smtube: Preferred Quality setting doesn't do anything.

Package: smtube
Version: 15.5.10-1
Severity: normal

Dear Maintainer,

In Settings, the drop down "Preferred Quality" appears to have no effect.
When I set it to 360p, the video still defaults to best (720p) whether I
choose VLC or mpv as the player. I can set video quality for the players
individually with the Edit button, but the global option doesn't work.

Regards,

Dan
