I got this from the bs1770gain developer:

  BS1770GAIN is a front-end to FFmpeg. The request depends on whether 
  FFmpeg is able to write such tags (I don't think so).

Because of this, I believe this is a wish for ffmpeg, not bs1770gain,
and reassign it there.
