If that's required for bs1770gain, then yes,... it's a feature request

Apart from that, it may generally make sense for ffmpeg to support
these, i.e. when playing back files from proprietary-itunes-crap.

But it should perhaps default to take the replaygain tags when both are
present, since the later are more "mighty".
