New version of libde265 available for upload

Hi all,

there is a new upstream release of libde265 for which I just updated
the packaging on Alioth:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-multimedia/libde265.git/

Could somebody please review my changes and upload the new package if
all is fine?
